Built for Detail

Cloudforge Simulations began with a shared frustration: virtual environments that felt empty and utilities that lacked depth. We set out to change that by treating every digital asset as if it were a physical product.

Our add-ons and scenery packs are rooted in extensive research. We rely on actual architectural data, real-world terrain mapping, and continuous feedback from actual pilots to ensure our simulations stand up to intense scrutiny.

The Build Process

From initial data gathering to final quality assurance, every scenery pack and utility undergoes a rigorous development cycle to guarantee stability and immersion.

1. Data & Cartography

We collect high-resolution aerial photography, architectural plans, and elevation meshes to form the foundational baseline of our environments.

2. Modeling & Texturing

Our 3D artists craft optimized models with advanced physics-based rendering (PBR) materials, ensuring realistic weathering, lighting, and reflections.

3. Engine Integration

Assets are injected into the simulator engine, where we fine-tune ground traffic paths, dynamic lighting routines, and overall framerate performance.

The People Behind the Code

Cloudforge Simulations operates as a tight-knit collective. We are not just software engineers; we are frequent virtual flyers who understand what makes an add-on truly valuable to the community.

By keeping our core team lean, we maintain strict oversight over every project. When you install one of our scenery packs or utility expansions, you are flying with the culmination of thousands of hours of passionate, focused development.
